• Other: interview notes, assessment results, correspondence.

From Clients (Hiring Companies)

• Company name, contact details, job requirements, business goals.

From Website Visitors

• IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent (via cookies/analytics).

• Information submitted via contact forms.

We collect this data directly from you, from referrals, public sources (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, or third-party background check providers (with your consent where required).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use candidate data to:

• Match you with suitable job opportunities.

• Communicate about roles, interviews, and feedback.

• Verify qualifications and conduct background/clearance checks (with consent).

• Improve our services and comply with legal obligations.

We use client data to:
